Carlos "WENT "Rodriguez
Carlos Rodriguez was born in Los Angeles in 1970 and grew up in south central. It was there he had the constant exposure to gang graffiti that would spark his interest in the lettering formations. From that point forward he has never stopped his relentless Passion to further his knowledge in the art form.
In the late 80’s upon moving to Albuquerque, New Mexico, the graffiti scene was beginning to emerge, Carlos was introduced to the art form. From there forward he has become a prolific graffiti writer gaining attention nationwide and receiving publication in various books on the subject.
In 1992, Carlos progressed into tattooing. The exploration of this art form allowed him to expand his skills and diversify his talents. He has remained true to the urban arts culture where is is an authentic product of his passions.
Carlos currently resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he tattoos from his private studio and exhibits artwork nationwide.
